PHILLIP HIGLEY, Certified Personal Trainer
Phillip Higley is certified by the National Federation of Professional Trainers. He has a B.A. from Northwest University and is currently fulfilling his M.A. at Fuller. The primary areas of focus in Phillip’s work are strength and conditioning training, bodybuilding and power lifting. Other areas of interest for Phillip include athletics, dance, group training, and weight loss management. No matter the discipline, fitness level or personal goal, Phillip works to make success possible for each client by identifying what personally motivates and suits each person best. His training philosophy holds that convenience, consistency, and motivation are key factors for success in achieving good physical health, no matter the context.
