JENNY DYK, Manager of Kiva Conditioning Club and Certified Personal Trainer
Jenny Dyk is a positive and energetic, motivator, organizer and leader. Her strength and happiness is found in supporting others to become their personal best. These qualities, blended together with her experience and education, allow Jenny to hold the positions of both Kiva Conditioning Club Manager and Kiva Certified Personal Trainer with equal success.
Through her dual roles at Kiva, Jenny has a unique understanding of her clients’ and staffs’ needs, perspectives and challenges. She not only embodies the strong work ethic of her staff as a working trainer herself, but is a walking example of Kiva’s overall mission: to empower and connect people of the community through wellness, recreation and camaraderie.
Jenny personally understands the struggles, intensity and facts of weight loss. She is especially passionate about sharing the joys of movement and personal achievement and their direct correlation to truly improving one’s physical and emotional wellbeing for life. Jenny excels in assisting people of all ages and populations in establishing a lasting journey towards self-improvement.
As a trainer, she focuses on you, your goals and the precious pocket of time you take out of a busy day to do something good for yourself. Jenny utilizes progressive functional training techniques with plenty of variety and smiles thrown in to keep sessions fun and effective.
Jenny holds a B. S. degree in Exercise Science from Central Washington University. She is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health and Fitness Instructor.
When not training or managing the daily operations and staff of the club, you will find Jenny hiking, running, doing water sports, being outdoors, laughing with friends, enjoying life, and being healthy and happy.
