Yogates (I-III)
This unique class combines the balancing, stretching and strengthening work of yoga practice with the core stability and muscle integration exercises of mat Pilates. Both disciplines are excellent for whole body toning, muscle elongation, postural correction, and mind-body awareness. Class includes breathing exercises, flowing movements, standing and balancing poses, abdominal work, stretching, and a period relaxation to close class. Guided modifications and lots of variety allow every level of student, including beginner, to feel great in class. |
