Vinyasa Yoga (levels l & ll)
Sometimes called “flow yoga”, this continuously active yoga class fluidly seems together classic Ashtanga postures such as sun salutation, downward dog, warrior poses, and more. Class progresses from graceful standing and stretching poses to more challenging balance and strength movements; greatly improving power, stability and flexibility along the way. Guided modifications are always available from the instructor. Class is set to music and will end with a few final minutes of relaxation. Yoga will leave you feeling de-stressed and energized! |
