Power Step (II-III)
Now that Step is no longer new to many, we offer a “next generation” step class with challenging choreography, rhythmic variations and more advanced turns and changes in direction to keep step class interesting and fun for veteran steppers and dance-ready students alike. Class includes upper and lower body strength work making Power Step a full body and well-balanced workout. Low or high impact options are always available. Best suited for those with Step Class experience and/or those that can readily follow new and more complex choreography. |
