Fast track (level I)

Short on time during the week? Fast Track expertly pairs 30 minutes of high efficiency cycling with 30 minutes of easy-to-follow, ultra effective circuit training for maximum fat burning and multi-muscle training. Bars, hand weights, and tubing are used to work the complete body emphasizing a balance of work between the core and upper and lower body. Fast track is well suited for beginning to advanced levels.
