Cycling (all levels)
Experience the incredibly efficient cardiovascular, fat burning, and strength training effects of cycling, while taking a variety of inspiring “rides” on high caliber stationary bikes. The invigorating effects of motivating music, guided imagery, and group camaraderie make this class an enjoyable addition to anyone’s workout routine regardless of cycling experience. Participants control the intensity on their own bike. Please note: class size is limited. Participants may sign up in person one hour in advance of class. Please bring a water bottle and towel. |
