This will help you choose the best place to begin or continue your lifetime of fitness. Please take advantage of our variety in class selection and our outstanding instructor staff. Take the opportunity to sample everything Kiva has to offer.

Level of choreography complexity and/or intensity
I = Minimal complexity in choreography, more repeated movements
II = Moderate complexity and length/number of combinations. Moderate level of intensity
III = Advanced level of complexity and higher level of intensity. Intricate combinations of movement
